Questions

Before you call

How much does weekly lawn cutting cost?
It depends on lot size, obstacles and access, so we quote per property rather than publishing a flat rate. Most residential quotes go out the same day you call.
Do I have to sign a contract for lawn care?
No. Weekly cutting runs on a rolling schedule you can stop at any time. Only snow service uses a seasonal agreement, because we have to reserve route capacity ahead of winter.
When does plowing actually happen?
Contract properties are cleared automatically once snowfall reaches two inches. During a long storm we make more than one pass so the driveway doesn't get buried between visits.
Do you salt as well as plow?
Yes. Salting can be added to every visit or applied on request. We place it to protect walks and steps without burning the turf beside them.
Can I get lawn care and snow removal on one account?
That's the point of the business. One agreement, one invoice, and you don't drop off the schedule in November.
Are you insured?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is available on request, which commercial property managers usually need for their file.
How far do you travel?
Warren and the surrounding Macomb and south Oakland suburbs. If you're just outside the list, call — if a route passes nearby we can often add you.
What payment methods do you take?
Confirm with the client before launch. (Placeholder: cash, check, and card or online payment.)

Storm coming? Call, don't email.

Phone is always the fastest route during a snow event — the inbox gets checked between passes.
